Volunteers
Want to get involved but don’t want to skate or officiate? No problem! We are always looking for new volunteers to help run our bouts and other league activities.
What can I do?
709 Roller Derby is a member operated league and we rely on our incredible volunteers to help us to organize our games, events, and other activities. Volunteering your time with 709 Roller Derby is a great way to get to know the game and the league, plus it's a lot of fun!
We can always use an extra hand on game day to help with anything from announcing, to selling merch, to set up and tear down.
We are also always on the look out for specialized technical skills – these include graphic design, A/V production skills, and photography or video skills.
